As we approach the much anticipated Christmas break, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the joys this season brings and the hope we have in Jesus. Christmas break is not just a reprieve from the routines of daily life; it’s a time for families to come together to create lasting memories and share the love of Jesus. Oftentimes, this can be easily overlooked amid the hustle and bustle of the busy season. Sometimes, we’re so focused on getting ready for Christmas that we often miss out on enjoying all that this season has to offer. My prayer for all of us is that we can remember the true meaning of the season - to celebrate the birth of our Savior. His arrival brought hope, love, and salvation to the world.

Luke 2:10-11 says, “But the angel said to them, 'Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.” May the joy of Christmas break be a reflection of the joy we have in Jesus. Let’s cherish this time together, appreciating the gift of family, love and hope that comes from knowing Jesus. Wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas with warmth, love, and joy!
