"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. "Colossians 3:23
Today started off like any normal day! Wake up, get dressed, pack lunches and try to get the kiddos off to school in a timely manner. As my exhausted soul began to create a quick and endless to-do-list in my mind before heading out, the Lord planted a seed in my heart. HE reminded me that I had a calling, a sacred assignment that reaches far beyond the daily grind. Itās showing up every day, sometimes weary, sometimes overwhelmed, but still bringing a heart of joy and gratitude into every moment with my children. Itās planting seeds of wisdom, hope, and love often without seeing immediate results. And itās staying the course, even when the work feels unseen or mundane.
Take a moment to breathe in this truth: God sees you. He sees the late nights and the early mornings, and the strength it takes to care deeply for our children, even the ones who challenge us the most.
Every lesson, every act of kindness, every prayer whispered for our children is all sacred when done for HIM. And that kind of commitment, even on the hardest days, is never wasted.
If youāre tired, let Him renew you. If youāre questioning your impact, trust that God is multiplying your faithfulness in ways you may never see. Let us remember we are working unto the Lord, and with each sacrificial act we become more like HIM.
