Christmas

Last week our fourth and fifth graders did an amazing job during their play.

The Secret of Snowflake County: Hope in a Humble Stable. The story was about how easy it is to forget about the true meaning of Christmas. While this is often the message we hear each year during this season, I believe it's repeated because it's so needed. Personally I can get caught up in all the hosting and shopping that December brings. It's easy to get to the new year and realize you hardly stopped at all to acknowledge what we were celebrating.

This Christmas, may we all pause to remember that the Creator of the universe humbled himself and took on the most vulnerable form a human can take. Jesus Christ came into the world as a baby to save us all. That is the true meaning of Christmas.

Love,
