The following checklist may be used as a guideline when enrolling your child in Sonrise Christian School:

1. Complete an enrollment application and submit it with the registration fee to the school office. A testing date will be scheduled for your child.

2.  Submit the following enrollment items:

   1. Legal birth certificate

   2. Immunization records

   3. All applicable forms (Downloads)

   4. Latest report card

3. An interview with the Head of School will be scheduled after testing is complete (Grades 2-8)
